California-headquartered Informatica Inc. (NYSE: INFA) was founded in 1993. As an enterprise software developer, it enables enterprises to create a single reliable source for their data, thus, creating a compelling 360-degree customer experience.

Initial Public Offering

The company had launched its IPO on October 27, 2021 under the ticker INFA and had sold approximately 29 million shares at $29 each. We had covered this IPO in our ‘Kalkine IPO Report’ on October 25, 2021, and concluded that this IPO was “Attractive” given its presence in the enterprise software business, strong clientele, aggressive growth plan and positive outlook.
