Section 1: Company Fundamentals

1.1 Summary Table

1.2 The Key Positives, Negatives, and Investment summary

1.3 Key Metrics

ROKU over the last five years has been in a sharp upward trending momentum in its revenues and gross profits, the primary contributor being the Covid pandemic from FY20. ROKU has grown its revenues and gross margin at an impressive 5-year CAGR of 47.31% and 63.38% respectively but the price is currently trading at levels last seen in March of 2020. Therefore, looking at the 5-year CAGR for topline financials and comparing it with the current price, ROKU seems to be undervalued. Higher CAGR for gross profit than revenue meant improved gross margins signifying increased efficiency of the company to control the cost of revenues.
