Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) has executed a Memorandum of Understanding with Polish defence and industrial companies Wojskowe Zaklady Motoryzacyjne S.A. (WZM) and H. Cegielski-Poznan S.A. (HCP), establishing a framework for developing, localising, and commercialising its Nexus 20 autonomous platform in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. The MOU, dated 9 September 2026, builds on a Letter of Intent signed on 18 February 2026 and marks a significant step in CiTech's European strategy. The agreement outlines a pathway toward three definitive commercial agreements covering sales, manufacturing, and lifecycle support. Investors may be watching this development as it signals CiTech's push toward an established industrial and defence-market presence on NATO's Eastern Flank.

- Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT | OTC: CITLF | FRA: X9V)
- MOU executed 9 September 2026 with Polish defence firms WZM and HCP for Nexus 20 platform localisation and commercialisation
- Framework targets local Polish assembly, technology transfer, lifecycle support, and engagement with Polish Armed Forces and NATO Eastern Flank customers

MOU Scope: Local Manufacturing and Defence-Market Access in Poland
Under the MOU, the three parties intend to develop Poland as a manufacturing, assembly, integration, maintenance, and support base for Nexus 20 platforms. Planned cooperation includes local assembly and integration, communications and surveillance system integration, testing and quality assurance, maintenance and overhaul, Polish supply-chain development, and technology transfer subject to applicable export-control requirements. The parties also intend to cooperate on customer demonstrations, tender processes, and participation in major defence-industry events, with a joint working group to coordinate technical and commercial activities.
Nexus 20 Already Positioned in Poland for Demonstrations
The announcement states that a Nexus 20 platform is already located in Poland, intended to serve as a technical demonstration and market-development asset. Under the MOU framework, the parties plan to cooperate on engineering access, equipment integration, technical familiarisation, approved demonstrations, and subsequent deployment opportunities. The release suggests this in-country asset positions CiTech to advance industrialisation planning and technical engagement with potential customers, including the Polish Armed Forces and other approved buyers across agreed territories, without requiring additional platform deployment at this stage.
Three Definitive Agreements Form the Commercial Roadmap
The MOU establishes a clear pathway toward three separate definitive agreements: a Sales and Marketing Agreement governing promotion and sales across agreed territories; a Manufacturing Agreement covering localisation, assembly, integration, technology transfer, and quality requirements; and a Maintenance and Support Agreement establishing lifecycle sustainment capability in Poland. CEO Brenton Scott stated the MOU moves the relationship "from initial cooperation toward a structured industrial partnership," emphasising that the objective is a sustainable Polish manufacturing, integration, and support capability around the Nexus 20 platform, beyond market access alone.
