Brompton Split Banc Corp. Class A shares (TSX:SBC) carry a targeted monthly distribution of C$0.10 per share and a fund term that ends in about thirteen months unless the board extends it. Brompton Funds' product page shows a Market Price of C$13.02 on 30 October 2026 against a Class A net asset value of C$14.33 on 29 October 2026.

Brompton also announced a Class A share split with increased total distributions on 29 October 2026.

Distribution record and dates

The product page lists C$0.10 per Class A share for each month from November 2025 to October 2026, totalling C$1.20. The latest entry has a Record Date of 30 October 2026 and a payment date of 9 November 2026. Brompton's 23 September release confirmed C$0.10 for record date 30 September, paid 8 October.

If the tax character of the payments differs from ordinary income, the issuer's annual tax disclosures would show it.

Trailing and indicated yield

For the lookback of ex-dates from 31 October 2025 to 30 October 2026, the twelve listed payments sum to C$1.20, a trailing regular Yield of 9.22 per cent at C$13.02.

The indicated annualised figure is C$0.10 multiplied by twelve, again 9.22 per cent at that price. It is a run rate for a target distribution, not a promise.

Splits, coverage tests and term

Earlier split announcements dated 12 February 2026 and in July 2026 appear in public listings, and the manager's table presents C$0.10 throughout.

Brompton's footnote says no Class A distribution is paid if preferred distributions are in arrears or if, after the payment, net asset value per unit would be below C$15.00. Unit NAV was C$24.38 on 29 October 2026. The Maturity and non-concurrent retraction date is 29 November 2027, subject to extension at the board's discretion, so distributions beyond that date depend on a decision not yet announced.

Market context

The shares changed hands about nine per cent below Class A NAV on the quoted date, which suggests the market is pricing some uncertainty about future payouts and the approaching term date. Because the Capital shares absorb gains and losses in the portfolio after the Preferred Shares are served, NAV and the distribution capacity can move materially.
