Vireo Growth Inc. (CSE: VREO; OTCQX: VREOF) has announced a manufacturing and distribution partnership with Curio Wellness to bring the latter’s Best Self Collection to the New York cannabis market. The agreement enables Vireo to produce and distribute a wide range of Curio’s cannabis-based wellness products including topicals, tablets, chews, and vaporizers—through its established infrastructure in the state. 

Founded in 2014, Vireo Growth Inc. is a multi-state, vertically integrated cannabis operator based in the United States. The company combines local operational focus with a national footprint, operating across both medical and adult-use markets. Its New York presence includes cultivation, manufacturing, and retail operations. 

Curio Wellness is a cGMP-certified cannabis company known for health-oriented product development and manufacturing standards. The company’s portfolio emphasizes consistent quality and is designed for health-conscious consumers. 

The partnership is expected to launch its first branded offerings in licensed New York dispensaries by the fourth quarter of 2025. Both companies framed the move as a strategic step that balances market expansion with cost efficiency by avoiding new capital investment.Top of Form
