The release offered no full-year guidance. Paid subscribers rose only 2%, and inventories climbed to USD 146.9 million from USD 102.7 million at the end of 2025. Platform revenue came in at USD 85.9 million, almost 4% higher, and Operating Income was USD 33.9 million, an 18.0% margin. Products carry lower margins than subscriptions, so the shift in mix makes the margin improvement more significant. Nine-month operating Cash Flow was USD 100.9 million against USD 117.8 million, a decline worth monitoring, and a one-day jump this size can partly unwind. Cash stood at USD 174.6 million, and the company bought back 1,294,882 shares for USD 6.5 million during the quarter. Paid subscribers totaled 3.07 million, up 2%, and platform average revenue per user was USD 56.70, up 3%.

It expects fourth-quarter gross margin around 72.0% as AI features expand. Coverage published before the open put the average analyst price target near USD 137.54, below the intraday price, so estimate revisions may follow. Net income was USD 27.2 million, or USD 0.54 per diluted share, versus USD 292.2 million a year earlier, when a one-time USD 222.7 million tax benefit inflated the comparison. Full-year guidance calls for adjusted EBITDA of USD 151 million to USD 153 million. The Insurance segment relies on carrier Advertising budgets, which can change quickly, and a one-day rise above 30% can unwind if buyers lose interest. Cash was USD 82.7 million at September 30, 2026. Variable Marketing margin was USD 94.9 million, or 28% of revenue. The GAAP loss compares with net income of USD 10.2 million a year earlier, and the impairment involves no cash outlay.

Net income was USD 75.3 million, of which USD 53.2 million belonged to the company.
