  • Benz Mining confirmed a third lens with over 300m vertical extent at Zone 126 in Glenburgh.
  • New drilling beneath the second lens revealed over 100m down-dip continuity of high-grade gold.
  • Exploration focus will shift to define the scale and continuity of the third lens discovery.

Benz Mining Corp (TSXV:BZ) has identified a new high-grade third gold lens at the Zone 126 prospect within the Glenburgh Gold Project in Western Australia. The discovery was made approximately 70m southeast of the previously known second lens through step-out drilling. The third lens was intersected by hole 25GLR039, which returned 11m at 5.5 grams per tonne (g/t) gold from 196m, and hole 25GLR035, which reported 20m at 2.6 g/t gold from 507m, including 5m at 5.4 g/t gold. These results suggest the lens has over 300m of vertical extent and remains open at depth.

Additionally, drilling below the second lens confirmed the system’s continuity and grade at greater depths. Hole 25GLR033 returned 10m at 6.1 g/t gold from 450m, including 3m at 16.8 g/t gold, within a broader interval of 108m at 0.9 g/t gold from 408m. Hole 25GLR037 intersected 5m at 13.5 g/t gold from 361m, and hole 25GLR039 returned 6m at 7.4 g/t gold from 300m. These results support Benz’s updated structural model, which suggests northeast-plunging mineralisation, a deviation from earlier assumptions. The company believes this reinterpretation explains why previous drilling missed key mineralised zones.

The recent outcomes follow Benz’s AUD 13.5 million capital raise, which is funding the current two-rig drill campaign. Future exploration will now prioritize systematic drilling around the new third lens to establish its scale and resource potential. The Glenburgh project continues to demonstrate both high-grade vein and bulk-tonnage potential, with the mineralised system remaining open at depth and along strike. The Zone 126 findings represent an extension of the known gold zones and could contribute to future resource updates.
