Vanguard Mining Corp. (CSE: UUU | OTC: RECHF | Frankfurt: SL5) has engaged senior geologist Mr. Ariel Testi, CPG, to prepare an initial NI 43-101 Technical Report on its newly acquired Yuty Prometeo Project in southeastern Paraguay. The report is expected to be completed within the next 30 days and will provide an initial technical assessment of the property.

The Yuty Prometeo Project encompasses approximately 90,000 hectares through four concessions—three San Jose and one Prometeo—located within the Paraná Basin. This area lies adjacent to Uranium Energy Corp.’s (UEC) Yuty Project, which hosts a defined uranium resource of nearly 9 million pounds. Vanguard’s land position places it within a geologically active and resource-rich region that has drawn attention from various uranium developers.

The company previously announced a Letter of Intent (LOI) on April 8, 2025, outlining the terms of its acquisition of the San Jose and Prometeo concessions. These assets are considered prospective for uranium exploration, based on historical data and regional geology.

Mr. Testi brings over two decades of experience in mineral exploration and project development across South America. His past roles with companies such as Anglo American, BHP Billiton, and Blue Sky Uranium Corp. include work on uranium and base metal projects, notably contributing to the discovery of the Ivana Deposit in Argentina.

The upcoming NI 43-101 Technical Report will serve as a foundational document to guide Vanguard’s exploration approach at Yuty Prometeo. It is also a required disclosure for publicly traded Canadian exploration companies under securities regulations.

This move marks an early step in the company's broader plans for advancing its uranium exploration initiatives in Paraguay.
