Revenue Hits a Quarterly High From Three Income Streams
LandBridge (NYSE:LB) published third-quarter figures on November 4, 2026. Revenue came in at USD 70.9 million, compared with USD 66.8 million in the prior quarter and USD 50.8 million a year before. The firm holds or administers over 350,000 surface acres across Texas and New Mexico, chiefly in the Delaware sub-region of the Permian Basin, and collects charges for use of that ground. Surface use royalties and revenue totaled USD 54.3 million, boosted by produced water volumes, including the still-ramping Speedway Phase I pipeline. Resource sales and royalties added USD 12.5 million, oil and gas royalties USD 4.1 million, and net Royalty production stood at 917 boe/d.
Acreage Purchases and the PowerBridge Campus Lease
The company bought roughly 25,000 acres during the quarter, a move it says adds contiguous surface and undeveloped pore space suited to produced water disposal. PowerBridge turned its option into a long-term ground Lease covering an initial 825 acres out of about 3,400 acres under option at the Alpha Digital Campus in Reeves County, Texas, and it also signed a power royalty agreement. Building started in September 2026 on a phase expected to include more than 300 megawatts of a planned 2 gigawatt campus, with first power seen in the fourth quarter of 2027. Net Income carried USD 9.1 million of non-cash share-based compensation. Management noted that recent acquisitions should start contributing in the fourth quarter.
Debt Load Rises as Cash Thins and a USD 0.12 Dividend Is Declared
Free Cash Flow totaled USD 49.0 million, a 69% margin, yet cash slid to USD 16.8 million from USD 39.8 million at June 30, 2026, while borrowings grew to USD 765.0 million from USD 545.2 million. Liquidity stood at USD 126.8 million, which includes about USD 110.0 million available on the revolver. On October 1, 2026, the company issued another USD 125.0 million of 6.25% senior unsecured notes due 2030, lifting that series to USD 625.0 million. The board declared a quarterly dividend of USD 0.12 a share, payable December 10, 2026 to holders of record on November 25, 2026. LandBridge also finished its redomestication as a Texas corporation, and its call takes place on November 5, 2026.
Where Things Stand
Largely yes, though the Margin reflects a light asset base. LandBridge (NYSE:LB) turned USD 70.9 million of revenue into USD 63.7 million of adjusted EBITDA, a 90% margin, because land access, water and royalty income carry little cost. The offset is that acquisitions were Debt funded, with borrowings at USD 765.0 million and thin cash. Net income margin was 48%, and management describes the model as scalable. Watch the fourth-quarter contribution from the new acreage, the Alpha Phase I build and any pore space contracts. The release gives no stock reaction or consensus comparison.
