Where Things Stand

The USD 65.5 million loss was largely an accounting charge, but the operating picture is soft. Comscore (NASDAQ:SCOR) took a USD 57.3 million goodwill impairment, yet revenue fell 14.3% (4.1% pro forma), Adjusted EBITDA nearly halved and cash declined. The company kept its 2026 view at USD 315 million to USD 325 million of revenue and an Adjusted EBITDA margin in the low-to-mid single digits, and says savings are proceeding as planned. Investors will watch whether fourth-quarter revenue supports that range, how savings are deployed and how the preferred stock claim is resolved.
