Astera Labs (NASDAQ:ALAB): Scorpio Switches Drive a Record Revenue Quarter

Astera Labs (NASDAQ:ALAB) filed its third quarter fiscal 2026 results on November 3, 2026, covering the period ended September 30. Revenue came to USD 584.9 million, a 49% rise on the preceding quarter and a 154% jump on the same period a year earlier. Its chips link components inside large AI racks, and the firm notes that Scorpio fabric switches have become the biggest line in its catalog. GAAP gross Margin landed at 72.3%, GAAP Operating Margin at 30.6%, and GAAP Net Income at USD 182.9 million, or USD 0.99 per diluted share. The non-GAAP operating margin was higher at 44.7%. By our own arithmetic, the distance between GAAP and non-GAAP Operating Income is roughly USD 82 million, and the filing attributes that gap mainly to Equity compensation, Acquisition costs and Fair Value adjustments. Management's outlook for the coming quarter spans USD 730 million to USD 750 million, centering near USD 740 million, roughly 26% above the third quarter (own calculation). Risks the company lists include the timing of customer deployments, the pace at which PCIe and UALink gain adoption, competition and dependence on AI infrastructure spending. Non-GAAP diluted Earnings for the fourth quarter are projected at USD 1.62 to USD 1.66. The reference material did not include a balance sheet, so the cash position cannot be stated.

Super Micro Computer (NASDAQ:SMCI): Record Sales Outrun Cash Collection

Super Micro Computer (NASDAQ:SMCI) released unaudited results for the first quarter of fiscal 2027, which ended September 30, 2026, on November 3, 2026. Top-line Volume hit USD 19.9 billion, about 80% higher than the USD 11.1 billion booked a quarter earlier (our own arithmetic). Gross margin contracted to 12.7% from 17.5%, while net income of USD 1,594 million equaled USD 1.75 per diluted share. Operations consumed USD 434 million in cash over the period. Receivables ballooned during the period, moving to USD 9.7 billion from USD 6.1 billion, while stock on hand grew to USD 15.1 billion from USD 12.9 billion. When customers pay after products ship, reported profit can arrive well before the matching cash. The cash pile shrank to USD 6.9 billion, and borrowings from banks plus convertible Debt added up to USD 8.6 billion. The company cautioned that the figures are preliminary, so final numbers could differ meaningfully. Borrowing costs climbed to USD 82.5 million, compared with USD 24.9 million a year before. Sales for the upcoming quarter are projected in a band of USD 19.5 billion to USD 21.5 billion, and the listed risks include customer concentration, thinner margins on larger deals and tariffs.

Arista Networks (NYSE:ANET): Revenue Clears Its Own Bar While Gross Margin Narrows

Arista Networks (NYSE:ANET) closed out its third quarter, ended September 30, 2026, in a report released November 3. Sales totaled USD 3,657.6 million, a 58.5% increase over the matching period of 2025, which the company described as its strongest yearly increase since its stock market debut. On a GAAP basis the diluted per-share profit came to USD 1.22, while the adjusted figure registered USD 1.20, an inversion of the normal pattern. The gap exists because a USD 134.5 million gain on strategic investments lifted GAAP income and was removed from the adjusted figure. Non-GAAP gross margin eased to 64.0% from 65.2%, while non-GAAP operating margin improved to 49.1%. Stock on hand swelled to USD 3,209.8 million, up from USD 2,247.1 million at the prior year end, tying up cash and adding Supply exposure. Cash and equivalents combined with marketable securities total roughly USD 14.4 billion, a figure we summed from two Balance Sheet lines. Fourth quarter revenue guidance of USD 3.9 billion to USD 4.0 billion implies sequential growth of about 7% to 9% (our arithmetic). The risk section cites tariffs, components sourced from a single supplier and heavy purchases by a small group of customers.

Navitas Semiconductor (NASDAQ:NVTS): Data Center Work Lifts the Quarter but Not the Nine Months

Navitas Semiconductor (NASDAQ:NVTS) lodged its quarter results, covering the stretch that ended September 30, 2026, on November 3. Revenue rose to USD 13.99 million from USD 10.11 million, a gain the company tied mostly to U.S. data center activity. Across nine months, however, revenue fell 14% to USD 33.1 million, weighed down by softer mobile and consumer sales, chiefly in China. The Business develops gallium nitride and silicon carbide power chips intended for AI data centers. Overhead outlays, covering sales, admin and deal-related items, jumped 252% to USD 18.4 million, driven by equity awards and purchase costs. Research and Development spending came to USD 15.1 million, equal to 108% of revenue. The Claros acquisition closed on October 6, 2026, with roughly USD 126 million paid in cash net of acquired cash, plus about 6.9 million Class A shares. All-in operating outlays grew 72%, reaching USD 39.9 million. Management expects continued operating losses and negative operating cash flow, although the extract omitted the cash balance. With revenue this small and no trading volume data supplied, the risk of thin trading could not be assessed.

Where Things Stand
