It operates through three segments: retail, industrial, and mixed-use & residential. Its retail portfolio is predominantly necessity-based grocery-anchored properties. Its industrial portfolio provides flexible assets in key distribution markets. It has also built vibrant, transit-oriented mixed-use and rental residential communities in attractive markets in Canada. The Company operates over 700 income-producing properties having 60 million square feet of gross leasable area.
