Zendesk Uses ONTF Platforms: Zendesk, a well-known CRM customer support software supplier, said on July 13, 2021, that it would be delivering a user experience to ONTF that would directly impact its pipeline and revenue. Zendesk is increasing its pipeline and bookings by generating qualified sales leads with the ON24 Digital Experience Platform.
Update to ON24 Virtual Conference: On June 29, 2021, ONTF introduced breakout rooms in ON24 Virtual Conference to cater to the corporate requirement for virtual customer engagement and hybrid event planning. Various globally recognized brands are using this virtual conference platform for large-scale online conferences, tradeshows, and multi-day events.
Q1FY21 Results: The company reported a 2.02x increase in total revenues to USD 50.10 million in Q1FY21 (ended March 31, 2021) compared to USD 24.75 million in Q1FY20, primarily due to an increase in subscriptions for the digital experience platform. However, the net loss increased to USD 2.83 million in Q1FY21 vs. USD 2.06 million in Q1FY20. As of March 31, 2021, the company had cash and cash equivalents (including short-term investments) of USD 391.94 million with total debt of USD 6.11 million.
