ASMU Explained: A Tactical 2X Leveraged Play on ASML

As ASML remains central to the global semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem, the Direxion Daily ASML Bull 2X ETF offers experienced traders a leveraged vehicle for expressing a short-term bullish view on the chip-equipment leader.

ASML is one of the most important companies in the semiconductor supply chain, supplying advanced lithography systems used by chipmakers to manufacture increasingly complex integrated circuits. Its exposure to artificial intelligence, high-performance computing, smartphones, data centres and advanced semiconductor manufacturing makes the company an important indicator of broader technology-sector capital spending.

For traders expecting ASML shares to strengthen over the near term, the Direxion Daily ASML Bull 2X ETF, trading under the ticker ASMU, provides a leveraged method of acting on that view.

ASMU seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, equal to 200% of the daily performance of ASML. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in ASML securities and financial instruments, including swap agreements and options, which collectively provide approximately two-times daily exposure to the underlying stock.
