This is the updated version of the short note shared on January 16, 2026, 10:47 AM (GMT-5), Canada.

Company Overview:

Big Tree Carbon Inc. (TSXV: BIGT) is an indigenous-led publicly-traded natural asset resource company focused on developing Biodiversity Stewardship projects, based in Ontario, Canada.

This Report covers the Price Action, Technical Indicators Analysis along with the Support Levels, Resistance Levels, and Recommendations on this stock.

Fundamental Highlights:

  • Asset Monetisation with Retained Upside: Big Tree Carbon Inc. has completed the sale of its NANAVERSE biodiversity business plan while keeping meaningful economic exposure. The structure converts early-stage development work into a $1.0 million promissory note, long-term royalties, and backend project participation. This limits execution risk while preserving upside.
  • Attractive Long-Duration Royalty Economics: The deal embeds a 2% annual royalty on proceeds from each biodiversity project plus 16% of terminal project proceeds at the end of 20 years. If the platform scales, this creates annuity-like cash flow with asymmetric returns and minimal ongoing capital requirements for Big Tree.
  • Capital-Light Strategic Positioning: By transferring platform development and funding obligations to NANAVERSE, Big Tree avoids future dilution and burn. The company shifts toward a high-leverage model where value accrues from intellectual property and deal structuring rather than balance sheet intensity.

Key Risks:

Execution risk at NANAVERSE, financing risk delaying promissory note payment, uncertainty around biodiversity monetisation frameworks, low volume, long cash flow timelines, regulatory and policy risk, reliance on third-party platform success, limited near-term revenue visibility

BIGT’s Technical Observation:

BIGT is consolidating near the CAD 0.005 support zone after a prolonged decline, with price holding flat despite repeated tests of the lows. This type of tight base often signals seller exhaustion and early accumulation. The RSI is hovering near 46.54 showing stabilising momentum. A sustained move above CAD 0.01 could confirm a bullish reversal and open room for a technical rebound.

Daily Price Chart

As per the above-mentioned price action and technical indicators analysis, a ‘Speculative Buy’ rating has been given Big Tree Carbon Inc. (TSXV: BIGT) at the current market price of CAD 0.005, as of January 16, 2026, 10:47 AM (GMT-5), Canada.
