Update on Delisting of Common Shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange

On Sep 06, 2022, Trevali Mining Corporation (TSX: TV) announced the delisting review by the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX).  The Company's common shares has been delisted from Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) effective close of market on October 3, 2022. In addition to the TSX delisting, the Company expects its common shares will also be delisted in due course from the other exchanges on which the common shares currently trade. The trading of the Company's shares has been suspended since August 22, 2022, because of the Company filing for protection under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) and this suspension will continue until the delisting takes effect.

On Sep 29, 2022, the Company also announced resignation of two directors i.e., Jill Gardiner and Jeane Hull with immediate effect. Although Russell Ball will remain on the Company's board of directors going forward to support the Company's ongoing restructuring efforts.
