Exit Case: Lassonde Industries Inc. 

Overview:

Lassonde Industries Inc. (TSX: LAS.A) is engaged in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of ready-to-drink fruit and vegetable juices and drinks. It also acts as a producer of store brand shelf-stable fruit juices and drinks in the United States and a major producer of cranberry sauces. The company operates through a single segment being the development, manufacturing, and marketing of a wide range of ready-to-drink juices and drinks; frozen juice concentrates; and specialty food products; and the importation, packaging, and marketing of selected wines from several countries of origin. Lassonde has its presence in Canada and the United States. It earns the majority of the revenue in the United States. 

LAS.A has been a part of the ‘Growth Portfolio’ since 14th April 2025, however, considering decent rally in the share price of the stock, an ‘Exit’ is recommended from the stock at the last closing price of CAD 226.08, as on 17th September 2025.

2. New Entry Case: Bausch Health Companies Inc. 

Overview:  

Bausch Health Companies Inc. (TSX: BHC) is a global company that develops manufactures and markets a range of pharmaceutical medical device and over-the-counter products primarily in the therapeutic areas of eye health gastroenterology and dermatology.

Technical Analysis: On the daily chart, BHC prices are trading above the support level. Recent trend reflects decent recovery from May 2025 lows to July peak, followed by a pullback. The key support for stock is at CAD 8.15, while the critical resistance level is at CAD 10.75.

Considering the above mentioned factors, technical analysis, support & resistance levels, an ‘Entry’ is recommended in the ‘Growth Portfolio’ at the closing market price of CAD 9.42, as on 17th September 2025.
