Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. (TSX: NDM) is a mineral exploration and development company based in Vancouver, Canada. Northern Dynasty's principal asset, owned through its wholly owned Alaska -based U.S. subsidiary, Pebble Limited Partnership, is a 100% interest in a contiguous block of 1,840 mineral claims in Southwest Alaska, including the Pebble deposit, located 200 miles from Anchorage and 125 miles from Bristol Bay. The Pebble Partnership is the proponent of the Pebble Project.

NDM has been a part of the ‘Growth Portfolio’ since 18 February, 2026, however, considering the recent rise in the share price of the stock, an ‘Exit’ is recommended from the stock at the last closing price of CAD 2.64, as on 13 April, 2026.

Overview:

Portofino Resources Inc. (TSXV: POR) is a Vancouver, Canada-based company focused on exploring and developing mineral resource projects in the Americas. Portofino holds a 100% interest in the (drill ready) Yergo Lithium Project in Catamarca, Argentina situated in the heart of the world-renowned Argentine Lithium Triangle. The Company also holds a 100% interest in two gold exploration projects located within northwestern Ontario, Canada, including the drill-ready, South of Otter, Red Lake gold project, and the Gold Creek, Thunder Bay project which has been optioned to Delta Resources Limited.

Technical Analysis:

POR is trading near the CAD 0.005 support level and continues to move in a tight consolidation range after a prolonged decline. The repeated defence of this base suggests selling pressure is fading while gradual accumulation may be underway. The RSI around 47.03 reflects stabilising momentum. A breakout above CAD 0.0057 could trigger a bullish reversal and potential upside.

Considering the above mentioned factors, technical analysis, support & resistance levels, an ‘Entry’ is recommended in the ‘Gowth Portfolio’ at the closing market price of CAD 0.005, as on 13 April, 2026.
