(TSXV: SCZ) is engaged in the operation, acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties in Latin America, with a primary focus on silver and zinc, but also including lead and copper. The company has one producing project, the Zimapan Mine and two exploration properties in its mineral property portfolio, the La Pechuga Property and the Santa Gorgonia Prospect. Geographically, it operates in Canada and Mexico.

SCZ has been a part of the ‘Growth Portfolio’ since 22^nd September 2025, however, considering the recent rally in the share price of the stock, an ‘Exit’ is recommended from the stock at the last closing price of CAD 2.76, as on 26^th September 2025.

2. New Entry Case: Titan Mining Corporation 

Overview:  

Titan Mining Corporation (TSX: TI) is a Canadian natural resources company. It is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties. The company owns an interest in the Empire State Mine in Northern New York State, United States.

Technical Analysis: On the daily chart, TI has seen a major breakout since May 2025, moving from under CAD 0.40 to a peak near CAD 1.80 in just a few months - a healthy bullish run. Currently trading at CAD 1.48, it remains in a clear uptrend. The price is holding above the 14-day smoothed moving average (SMA) at CAD 1.33, suggesting ongoing bullish momentum and support. The key support for stock is at CAD 1.27, while the critical resistance level is at CAD 1.78.

Considering the above mentioned factors, technical analysis, support & resistance levels, an ‘Entry’ is recommended in the ‘Growth Portfolio’ at the closing market price of CAD 1.48, as on 26^th September 2025.
