The Leverage Shares 2X Long NVDA Daily ETF (NASDAQ: NVDG) seeks to provide 200% (2x) of the daily performance of NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA), before fees and expenses. The fund is designed for sophisticated investors and active traders seeking amplified short-term bullish exposure to NVIDIA without directly using a margin account.

NVIDIA is one of the world's leading semiconductor and accelerated-computing companies, with its GPUs playing a central role in artificial intelligence, data centers, generative AI, high-performance computing and accelerated workloads. As a result, NVDA's share price can be strongly influenced by AI infrastructure spending, hyperscaler capital expenditure, semiconductor demand, product launches, supply conditions, earnings expectations and broader technology-sector sentiment.

NVDG provides leveraged exposure to NVDA through financial instruments such as total-return swaps and other derivatives, rather than simply holding NVIDIA shares. The fund is rebalanced daily to maintain its targeted 2x exposure.

The ETF was launched in December 2024 and currently carries a 0.75% total expense ratio, according to Leverage Shares.
