Jabil Inc.

Jabil (NYSE: JBL) offers comprehensive engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing solutions.

Recommendation Rationale – Sell at USD 226.62

  • In Q1 FY 2026, JBL reported cost of revenue of $7,563 Mn, reflecting an increase from $6,388 Mn in Q1 FY 2025. Over the same period, its selling, general and administrative expenses increased to $344 Mn compared to $305 Mn.
  • The efficient component and material purchasing remains important to JBL’s manufacturing processes and contractual arrangements. Therefore, a shortage of components or higher price might impact the company’s operations and reduce its profit.
  • Furthermore, the company’s business could be negatively impacted by the delays, or higher costs, due to the common carrier or transportation issues.
  • However, JBL remains focused towards fuelling profitable growth, expanding margins, delivering strong cash flow, among other factors.
  • JBL’s share price is trading close to its R1 level recommended on October 22, 2025. Therefore, there can be a possible decline from the specified resistance levels.
