• The company is dependent on the market for shell eggs, as well as fluctuations in this market, including the decline of commodity shell egg prices relative to the price of the shell eggs, can significantly impact its business, financial condition and results of operations.
• The outbreaks of agricultural diseases, such as avian influenza and egg drop syndrome, the regulatory or market responses to outbreaks can impact the supply or demand for its products and harm the business.
