Recommendation Rationale – SELL at AUD 41.68

  • Trading Near Resistance Level:360’s share price surpassed its R1 level recommended on 21 November 2025. Therefore, share price can face resistance at the current levels.

  • Higher Operating Cost Intensity: Operating expenses increased to USD 91.4 million in Q3 2025 from USD 75.0 million in Q3 2024, indicating rising cost pressure.
  • Large Increase in Liabilities: Total liabilities rose to USD 396.0 million in as of 30 September 2025 from USD 83.0 million as of 31 December 2024, reflecting a heavier financial burden.
  • Overvalued Multiples: On a forward 12-month basis – key trading multiples (Price/ Cash Flow, EV/EBITDA, Price/Book Value and Price/ Earning) are higher than industry (Technology) average and thus looks overvalued.
  • Business Risk: Life360 operates in an intense competitive environment, with both current and emerging threats from major mobile operating system providers and social platforms that have broader resources and deeply integrated ecosystems.

360 Daily Chart

Daily Technical Chart, Data Source: REFINITIV

Valuation Methodology: Price/Cash Flow Approach (FY December'26E) (Illustrative)

The stock may trade at a slight premium to peers given the lift in revenue in Q3 FY25 on YoY basis, the increase in comprehensive income to USD 10.0 million in 3QFY25, synergies from recent acquisitions, etc.

For conducting the valuation, peers including TechnologyOne Ltd (ASX: TNE), Xero Ltd (ASX: XRO), Qoria Ltd (ASX: QOR) and others have been considered.

Considering that the stock is approaching its R2 level, macroeconomic uncertainty, share price movement, current trading level, and risks associated, the share price can face consolidation at the current levels. Hence, a ‘Sell’ recommendation is given on the stock at the current market price of AUD 41.68, at 11:55 AM AEDT, as of 25 November 2025.

Markets are trading in a highly volatile zone currently due to certain macro-economic issues and geopolitical issues prevailing geopolitical tensions. Therefore, it is prudent to follow a cautious approach while investing.
