Company Overview:

Pulse Oil Corp. (TSXV: PUL) engages in the production and exploration of oil and gas. Its projects are located in Bigoray and Alberta. The company was founded on September 17, 2012 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.

This Report covers the Price Action, Technical Indicators Analysis along with the Support Levels, Resistance Levels, and Recommendations on this stock.

Fundamental Highlights:

  • Successful EOR Early Results: Pulse’s enhanced oil recovery (EOR) solvent injection at the Nisku D pool is already delivering results. Production at the Bigoray facility has risen by over 20% since the flood began. This early uplift signals decent reservoir response. Continued solvent sweep should further enhance recovery rates and volumes.
  • Increasing Production Visibility: Consistent daily solvent injection since June 2025 is steadily building the solvent bank. Management expects production to improve as the flood progresses through the reservoir. Rising API gravity readings across wells confirm solvent movement. This improves confidence in future production growth.
  • 100% Ownership of Core Asset: Pulse fully owns the Nisku D pool and Bigoray project. This allows full exposure to production upside without royalty leakage. Operational control also enables flexible capital allocation. Higher production directly translates into stronger revenue potential.

Key Risks:

  • High Interest Debt: Loan carries 15% interest, which may pressure cash flows if production growth slows.
  • Execution Risk: EOR performance depends on reservoir response and technical efficiency.
Commodity Price Risk: Lower oil prices could weaken project economics and repayment ability.
  • Thin liquidity and lower volumes: Thin trading volumes and limited liquidity can lead to sharp price swings and make it difficult for investors to enter or exit positions at desired levels.

PUL’s Technical Observation:

PUL is trading near the CAD 0.01 support zone and has been consolidating after an extended period of weakness. Price stability around current levels suggests selling pressure is gradually easing while buyers continue to defend the base. The RSI near 44.57 indicates neutral momentum with scope for improvement. A sustained move above CAD 0.015 could trigger a bullish recovery and renewed upside interest.
