Introduction to the Strategy

The Tradr 2X Short AXTI Daily ETF (Cboe: AXTQ) is a single-stock inverse leveraged ETF designed to deliver approximately -200% of the daily performance of AXT, Inc. (NASDAQ: AXTI) before fees and expenses. The fund was launched in August 2026, with an inception date of August 17 and trading commencing on Cboe on August 18, 2026. Its 1.49% annual operating expense ratio and daily-reset structure position it as a specialized short-term trading instrument rather than a conventional long-term investment.

AXTQ provides amplified bearish exposure to AXTI. If AXTI declines 5% over a trading day, AXTQ is designed to gain approximately 10%; conversely, a 5% increase in AXTI would correspond to an approximately 10% loss for AXTQ, before fees, expenses and tracking differences. These examples illustrate the daily objective, not guaranteed realized returns. Because the fund resets its exposure daily, its cumulative performance over multiple sessions may differ substantially from twice the inverse of AXTI's cumulative return, particularly during volatile or alternating market conditions.
