1. Exit Case: Anaergia, Inc. 

Overview:

Anaergia, Inc. (TSX: ANRG) engages in the production of clean energy, fertilizer, and recycled water from organic waste streams. It operates through the following business segments: Capital Sales; Services; and Build, Own, and Operate (BOO).

ANRG has been a part of the ‘Value Portfolio’ since 11 September, 2025, however, considering the recent fall in the share price of the stock, an ‘Exit’ is recommended from the stock at the last closing price of CAD 2.20, as on 08 December, 2025.

2. New Entry Case: Dundee Corporation Class A 

Overview:  

Dundee Corporation Class A (TSX: DC.A) operates as a holding company, which engages in the provision of investment advisory, corporate finance, energy, resources, agriculture, real estate, and infrastructure. It also holds portfolio of investments in publicly listed and private enterprises.

Technical Analysis:

On the daily chart, DC.A has been trending steadily higher throughout 2025, with the stock recovering strongly from its November dip near CAD 3.20 and now trading around CAD 3.81. The broader structure remains constructive, as price continues to form higher lows and shows signs of re-accumulation following the October pullback from the CAD 4.50 region. The RSI is currently around 56.2019, indicating balanced momentum with a slight bullish tilt, suggesting the stock has room to advance without entering overbought territory. Key support lies at CAD 3.31, while the next major resistance level to watch is CAD 4.57.

Considering the above mentioned factors, technical analysis, support & resistance levels, an ‘Entry’ is recommended in the ‘Value Portfolio’ at the closing market price of CAD 3.81, as on 08 December 2025.
