1. Exit Case: Kraken Robotics Inc. 

Overview:

Kraken Robotics Inc. (TSXV: PNG) is a Canada based company engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of software-centric sensors and underwater robotic systems. It operates in the business segments of Sensors and Platforms which is the design, manufacture, and sale and provision of services for underwater sonar and laser scanner sensor equipment and underwater vehicle platform; and Power which is the design, manufacture, and sale of subsea power equipment such as drives, thrusters, and batteries.

PNG has been a part of the ‘Value Portfolio’ since 14 October 2025, however, considering decent rise in the share price of the stock, an ‘Exit’ is recommended from the stock at the price of CAD 7.30, as on 22nd October 2025.

2. New Entry Case: Jaguar Mining Inc.

Overview:  

Jaguar Mining Inc. (TSX: JAG) is a Canadian-listed junior gold mining, development and exploration company operating in the Iron Quadrangle, a prolific greenstone belt located in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Jaguar owns three gold mining complexes, and a large land package with significant upside exploration potential. The company is a long-term producer, having been in continuous production since 2006, with plans to significantly grow production over the next few years.

 

Technical Analysis: On the daily chart, JAG prices are trading above a trendline, indicating positive momentum. The 14-period Relative Strength Index (RSI) stands at approximately 50.77, reflecting a buying interest. Additionally, prices are positioned above the 20-period Simple Moving Average (SMA), which could serve as a support level. The key support for stock is at CAD 5.33, while the critical resistance level is at CAD 7.32.

Considering the above mentioned factors, technical analysis, support & resistance levels, an ‘Entry’ is recommended in the ‘Value Portfolio’ at the closing market price of CAD 6.20, as on 22nd October 2025.
