Flex Ltd. (NASDAQ: FLEX) is the manufacturing partner that helps brands design, build, deliver and manage products. The Company delivers advanced manufacturing, data center IT and power infrastructure solutions. Its segments include Flex Agility Solutions (FAS) and Flex Reliability Solutions (FRS). The FAS segment consists of various end markets, such as Communications, Enterprise and Cloud, including data infrastructure, edge infrastructure and communications infrastructure; Lifestyle, including appliances, consumer packaging, floorcare, micromobility and audio; and Consumer Devices, including mobile and high velocity consumer devices.

Technical Observation (on the daily chart):

Flex fell about 6% on the day, opening at $115.00 and sliding to a low of $107.40, and it closed the chart session at $110.17, below both the 21-day MA ($113.55) and the 50-day MA ($114.61). The two averages have flattened and converged after the stock’s drop from its June peak near $165 to a low around $100 in late July, so this breakdown ends a roughly three-month consolidation between about $102 and $125. RSI has dropped to 44.77, below the neutral 50 line, and volume is light at 3.31M, so the selling shows no capitulation yet. The $107.40 low and the $100 to $102 base are the supports to watch; a close back above the $113.55 to $114.61 MA cluster would be needed to repair the setup. This is a technical read, not investment advice, and levels are read from the chart.
