Nauticus Robotics Inc

Nauticus Robotics, Inc. (NASDAQ: KITT) develops autonomous robots for the ocean industries. Its business model includes using robotic systems for service, selling vehicles and components, and licensing of related software to both the commercial and defense business sectors. It has designed and is testing and certifying a new generation of vehicles to reduce operational cost and gather data to maintain and operate a wide variety of subsea infrastructure.

  • CEO's Statement on Achievements and Focus: John Gibson, CEO of Nauticus, highlighted the company’s successful achievement of producing commercial revenue in Q3 2024 through the Aquanaut Mark 2. The net loss for the quarter stood at USD 11.4 million, showing an improvement from the USD 17.7 million loss in the same period of 2023.
  • Balance Sheet and Liquidity: As of September 30, 2024, Nauticus reported cash and cash equivalents of USD 2.9 million, up from USD 0.8 million at the end of 2023. This increase highlights the company’s improved liquidity position, supporting its ongoing operations and future growth initiatives.
