Noel Dubé holds a degree in engineering physics and has spent more than 20 years in technology leadership. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Reflex Photonics from October 2013 to November 2019. Earlier, he was a co-founder, Vice-President of Sales and Business Development, and board member of R/D Tech inc., a research and development firm that grew revenues from $2 million CAD to $180 million CAD, employed 600 people, and operated 12 offices across more than 50 countries. Role Within Scalium+ and the Al-Sc Commercialisation Strategy
Scalium+, formerly Ferreol Technologies, is SCD's wholly owned subsidiary dedicated to bringing aluminium-scandium alloys and the Scalium® product line to market across multiple industrial sectors. The disclosure suggests Dubé's appointment is specifically intended to bridge the gap between laboratory-validated technology and international revenue generation. Board chair Jeff Swinoga noted in the release that Dubé has been engaged as a strategic adviser since 2024 and brings direct experience scaling technology businesses and commercialising highly technical products internationally — capabilities the company considers directly relevant to Scalium+'s current growth phase.
Stock Option Grant and Regulatory Conditions

Vesting proceeds at approximately 1/36 per month, commencing from the last day of the month following the grant date. The company stated that the grant remains subject to final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. The immediate share price impact was not clear from available public information.
