Eliza and Silver Strand Sampling Programs Completed Ahead of Planned Drilling
Silver Hammer completed its summer field program at the 100%-owned Eliza Silver Project in White Pine County, Nevada, in late August 2026. A total of 454 samples were collected, comprising 396 soil samples across the New Western Au-Ag Anomaly area and 58 rock samples from five identified showings. At the 100%-owned Silver Strand past-producing silver mine in Kootenai County, Idaho, the company recently completed geological mapping, prospecting, and a rock and soil sampling program. All samples from both properties have been submitted to Bureau Veritas for analysis, with results to be reviewed before any drilling commences.
Silver Strand Five-Hole Drill Program Planned Subject to Assay Review
Silver Hammer is planning an initial five-hole, 750-metre drill program at Silver Strand, subject to weather conditions, contractor availability, and review of pending assay results. The program is designed to test mineralization down strike from historical underground workings and several previously identified geophysical anomalies. The permitted Plan of Operations allows expansion to up to eight holes and 2,438 metres of drilling if warranted. At the Fahey Silver Project in Idaho's Coeur d'Alene Mining District, the company is evaluating a TITAN 24 DCIP and MT geophysical survey to help define subsurface structures ahead of a future drill program.
Morocco Site Visit Reinforces Management's View of Akka Polymetallic Mine Potential
In September 2026, Silver Hammer's management team and board visited the Akka Polymetallic Mine in Morocco, an asset the company expects to gain an indirect interest in through the proposed SilverMark transaction. The Akka property hosts polymetallic vein systems along a ridge approximately 7 kilometres in length by 2.5 kilometres in width, with structures measuring up to 20 metres in width. The team also inspected an existing flotation-gravity processing facility with a capacity of approximately 200 tonnes per day, which is available for purchase by the company.
Stroud and SilverMark Amalgamation Advances With Shareholder Approval Secured
Shareholders of Silver Hammer and Stroud overwhelmingly approved the proposed amalgamations on September 28, 2026, with SilverMark shareholders approving prior to that date. The termination deadline under the business combination agreements has been extended to January 31, 2027. The concurrent brokered private placement of SilverMark subscription receipts, led by Red Cloud Securities Inc., targets minimum gross proceeds of C$7.0 million and maximum gross proceeds of C$10.0 million. Silver Hammer has also advanced C$200,000 to Stroud on an interest-free basis as part of an amendment to the combination agreement.
