RB Global, Inc. (NYSE: RBA) (TSX: RBA) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers (America), Inc., has completed the acquisition of J.M. Wood Auction Co., Inc. The companies plan to integrate their resources and capabilities to enhance services across Alabama and adjacent states.

Founded in 1973, J.M. Wood has built a reputation for delivering a professional and personalized auction experience. The company will maintain its headquarters in Montgomery, Alabama, and continue with its in-person auction model and existing leadership team.
