Azincourt Energy Corp. (TSXV: AAZ) (OTCQB: AZURF) has entered into an agreement with Koba Resources Limited and Uranidor Resources Limited to acquire and expand its holdings in the Harrier Uranium Project, located in the Central Mineral Belt of Labrador, Canada. The project’s expansion is part of Azincourt’s ongoing exploration strategy to increase its uranium portfolio.

Under the terms of the assignment and amendment agreement, Koba has transferred its option to acquire a 100% interest in the Harrier Project. This transfer includes the mineral claims comprising 48,975 hectares of land. The Harrier Project is situated adjacent to Azincourt’s existing Snegamook uranium project, which increases the company’s total land holdings to 49,400 hectares. The project hosts 12 zones with known uranium mineralization, including high-grade assays reaching up to 7.48% U3O8.

In addition, Azincourt has secured an option to acquire a 100% interest in certain nearby mineral claims, referred to as the "Staked Claims." These claims lie adjacent to the Harrier Project and hold significant exploration potential. The strategic acquisition of these claims aims to enhance the company’s ability to explore and potentially expand its resource base.

The Harrier Project has already been subject to previous exploration activities, with a total of 89 drill holes completed across 9,834 meters. Ten of the zones within the project have produced rock samples with assays exceeding 1.0% U3O8, highlighting the potential of the area for further uranium exploration.
