AI/ML Innovations Inc. (CSE:AIML) about 3 days ago, announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, NeuralCloud Solutions Inc., has engaged Lonacas Consultants Ltd., a Kingston-based clinical research and regulatory consultancy, to lead the regulatory submission of its CardioYield™ platform. The submission will be made to the Jamaica Ministry of Health & Wellness – Standards and Regulation Division. CardioYield™ integrates AI-powered ECG signal interpretation software with a single-lead wearable chest strap.
The Company recognized Jamaican Canadian business leader Wayne Isaacs for facilitating introductions to relevant medical, regulatory, and academic stakeholders in Jamaica. Isaacs commented, “The introduction of the CardioYield software, along with its companion ECG wearable device, will be an exciting development in the field of cardiology within Jamaica. These digital health solutions could lead to lower costs and improved access to quality cardiac care for patients across the country. This marks a promising step forward for the Jamaican cardiac care landscape.”
Caribbean Expansion and Diagnostic Access
This initiative represents NeuralCloud’s Caribbean market expansion and aims to secure local regulatory validation for CardioYield™. The wearable ECG system is designed to provide faster, accurate, and accessible Holter diagnostics for healthcare providers, supporting deployment across hospitals, clinics, and community health centers.
Cardiovascular disease continues to be a leading cause of death and hospital admissions in Jamaica. Limited access to timely diagnostics, especially outside urban centers, has created a need for scalable, low-cost solutions. NeuralCloud highlights that its single-lead chest strap provides a patient-friendly alternative to traditional multi-lead adhesive Holter monitors, which are vulnerable to humidity and heat common in tropical regions. According to NeuralCloud, combining the single-lead wearable with CardioYield™ offers Holter-grade diagnostic accuracy while simplifying clinical workflow.
