The deal, signed on August 1, 2025, is valued at CAD 59,982, based on a monthly management fee of CAD 9,997.

Defiant Digital, a performance marketing agency, will focus on user acquisition and brand development across core English-speaking markets, including North America and Australia, with plans to expand into high-growth mobile markets in the future.

With Sales Buddi now fully available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, the marketing initiative marks a shift toward scaling adoption and creating a global sales community. Under the agreement, Defiant Digital will produce strategic content, oversee campaign rollouts, and implement performance optimization to drive downloads and engagement.

The contract spans a minimum of six months, with potential for extension based on achieving performance benchmarks. Clara Technologies and Defiant Digital plan to adopt agile growth metrics to track success, allowing for adjustments and scaling as adoption increases.

Sales Buddi is designed to provide sales professionals with AI-driven strategy support, mindset coaching, and post-meeting follow-up planning. After an onboarding process that identifies a user’s sales personality, the app delivers tailored coaching prompts and motivational insights aimed at improving performance.

According to Clara’s management, the initiative with Defiant Digital is intended to establish brand recognition and position Sales Buddi as a preferred tool for sales professionals worldwide.
