CleanGo Innovations Inc. (CSE: CGII; OTCQB: CLGOF; FRA: APO) has announced the formation of CleanGo Arabia Ltd., a joint venture with Sanad Industrial Co. Ltd., part of EROG Holdings. The initiative is aimed at introducing certified green chemical solutions to Saudi Arabia’s oil and gas industry.

The new venture will establish a manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia to produce oilfield chemicals designed for use across the GCC and MENA markets. This localized production is intended to reduce reliance on imports, strengthen the domestic supply chain, and contribute to job creation within the country.

CleanGo’s lead product, CG-100, has applications in reservoir waterflood enhancement, tubular cleaning, frac port restoration, flowline pigging, facility turnaround cleaning, frac spearheading, acid enhancement, and diluent replacement in well abandonments. The company reports that the product is biodegradable, non-toxic, and certified green, enabling compliance with environmental standards while serving industrial requirements.

Sanad Industrial Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of EROG Holdings, brings regional market expertise, logistics capacity, and distribution networks to the partnership. Founded in 2014, EROG Holdings has experience in oilfield chemical supply and manufacturing, positioning the joint venture to integrate quickly into the Saudi market.

According to CleanGo Innovations’ CEO Anthony Sarvucci, the partnership offers direct market access in Saudi Arabia and the broader Gulf region. Ali AlKaabi, CEO of Sanad Industrial Co. Ltd., stated that the venture supports the industry’s shift toward sustainable practices in line with national economic diversification plans.
