Revenue for the quarter reached $2,115,255, up 22.1% from the same period in 2024. Product sales accounted for $1,901,585, reflecting a 37.1% increase over the prior year. Gross profit rose to $504,592 from $461,673, representing a 9.3% improvement, though gross margin declined to 23.9% from 26.6%, primarily due to sales mix.

Excluding a one-time non-cash inventory recovery of $10,421, gross profit would have been $515,013 with a 24.3% margin. The company posted a comprehensive loss of $4,749,634, compared to an adjusted comprehensive loss of $4,362,944 in Q2 2024. The loss included non-cash changes such as a $180,318 negative change in fair value derivatives, a $10,421 inventory write-down, and an $8,233 impairment gain on notes receivable.

Draganfly’s cash position improved significantly, ending the quarter with $22,571,059, up from $6,252,409 as of December 31, 2024, aided by the closing of a US$3.6 million public offering to fund operational expansion, product development, and partnerships.

Operational developments in Q2 included multiple initial orders for modular LiDAR integration into UAV platforms, enhancing capabilities in precision mapping and public safety. Draganfly was also named the preferred global provider of landmine mapping drones and aerial survey services by SafeLane Global, establishing a long-term partnership in global demining operations.

The company formed a Public Safety Advisory Board chaired by homeland security expert Paul Goldenberg and appointed Peter Lambrinakos, former VIA Rail Chief of Police, to the board to strengthen Canadian public safety engagement.

In collaboration with Autonome Labs, Draganfly entered a teaming agreement to deploy UAV-based mesh systems for demining, aiming to accelerate minefield remediation efforts. Additionally, the company delivered Flex FPV drone systems to a major U.S. defense prime contractor and was exclusively invited to present its Commander 3XL tactical drone at the Global Defense Summit in Latvia.
