Quantum eMotion Corp. (TSXV:QNC), a Canadian developer of quantum-safe cybersecurity technologies, has announced the signing of a strategic partnership with Kold Kings Group Inc. (KKG), a risk management and security technology provider based in Metro Manila, Philippines. The collaboration is focused on promoting, integrating, and commercializing Quantum eMotion’s Sentry-Q™ quantum cybersecurity platform throughout the Philippines, particularly in critical infrastructure and sectors with elevated security requirements.
The agreement outlines a multi-faceted approach that includes the launch of a pilot project, development of a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) and Licensing Agreement, and joint efforts to secure regulatory approvals and facilitate broader market adoption. As part of the collaboration, both parties will also explore opportunities to integrate entropy-as-a-service (EaaS) into public sector systems and national defense frameworks.
Kold Kings Group, recognized across Asia for its integrated security services across physical, digital, and social domains, will act as the lead system integrator for the initiative. KKG will oversee customer engagement, deployment strategy, and regulatory submission processes in the Philippines. The company’s role will also include tailoring services in accordance with client culture and operational requirements.
Quantum eMotion will provide the Sentry-Q™ quantum cybersecurity platform and support compliance with international standards such as ISO and FIPS certifications. The company will also collaborate in the development of pricing strategies and implementation roadmaps.
A joint Steering Committee will be formed to monitor progress, assess opportunities, and ensure alignment on technical and commercial objectives. The committee will consist of senior representatives from both organizations.
KKG CEO Kirk Munro stated that the integration of QeM’s technology aligns with their mission to deliver effective and personalized security services. According to Munro, the partnership enables a new level of trust, data protection, and digital sovereignty for government and enterprise clients.
Quantum eMotion CEO Dr. Francis Bellido commented that KKG’s presence in Asia and its understanding of client risk management needs make it a suitable partner for deploying Sentry-Q™. Bellido emphasized the role of the platform in providing quantum randomness and post-quantum protection to sensitive systems and networks.
The memorandum of understanding establishes a framework for deploying QeM’s cybersecurity tools in a new market and defines responsibilities for both parties in pursuing operational, technical, and regulatory milestones.
