Names Gaining Between 20% and 24% Today
On Oct 30, 2026 five stocks rise between 20% and 24%, ranked by size of gain. Zeta Network Group (NASDAQ:ZNB) takes the lead at 23.79% to $0.6311, Asure Software (NASDAQ:ASUR) follows with a 22.34% gain to $8.85, and CareDx (NASDAQ:CDNA) has added 21.56%, reaching $86.94.
Grid Dynamics (NASDAQ:GDYN) has climbed 20.49% to $11.43, while ACCO Brands (NYSE:ACCO) is up 20.18% at $5.24. Percentages are measured from each stock's prior close, so the reference points vary, and share prices extend from under $1 up to nearly $87.
Four of the five coincide with third-quarter results issued around Oct 29, 2026, frequently accompanied by new or higher guidance, though the connection between the report and the price move is inferred from timing in some instances. Zeta Network is the outlier, lacking any company-specific announcement behind its advance.
1. Zeta Network Group: a 23.79% rise with no announcement to point to
A search of company filings and releases turned up no new announcement that would explain Zeta Network Group's 23.79% gain to $0.6311. The shares have returned beneath Nasdaq's $1 minimum bid level, although a 1-for-100 share consolidation took effect on March 12, 2026 to address that rule.
The company presents itself as a digital infrastructure and Fintech operator developing a Bitcoin-focused institutional platform covering treasury management, Liquidity aggregation and mining. After the consolidation, Class A shares dropped from about 158.08 million to about 1.58 million.
Senior convertible notes of up to $10 million, offered in March 2026, brought in $5.4 million gross at the first closing. Revenue, Earnings and treasury size were not available, and the post-consolidation price history could not be checked.
2. Asure Software: third-quarter results and a first 2027 outlook fuel the climb
Asure Software is up 22.34% at $8.85 after issuing third-quarter results on Oct 29, 2026. Revenue grew 10% to $40.0 million, Recurring Revenue rose 16% to $36.9 million, and the net loss tightened to $0.6 million from $5.4 million.
Adjusted EBITDA came to $10.5 million, a 26.1% Margin up from 22.3% a year earlier. For the first time, management provided a 2027 view: revenue of $183 million to $187 million and an adjusted EBITDA margin between 26% and 28%.
This cloud Payroll and Human Capital management software provider completed a $26.5 million payroll Acquisition in October and secured a Credit Facility of as much as $115 million. Its Payroll Tax product is offered through the Oracle (NYSE:ORCL) Marketplace, and it has a deal to sell through the AWS Marketplace, which Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) runs.
3. CareDx: revenue up 39% and a raised full-year target behind the 21.56% surge
Third-quarter revenue at CareDx surged 39% to $139.4 million, which helped lift the stock 21.56% to $86.94. Testing Services revenue grew 65% to $119.2 million, and adjusted EBITDA doubled from $15.3 million to $30.5 million.
GAAP Net Income was $19.3 million, or $0.35 per diluted share, compared with $1.7 million a year earlier. Full-year 2026 revenue guidance went up to $520 million to $530 million from $490 million to $500 million, and adjusted EBITDA guidance moved to $90 million to $100 million.
The transplant diagnostics firm closed its Naveris acquisition on July 1, 2026 for $160 million in cash, with up to $100 million more in contingent consideration, and sold its Lab Products unit on June 30. At the end of September it held $250.5 million in cash.
4. Grid Dynamics: a record margin quarter powers the rally
Grid Dynamics has advanced 20.49% to $11.43, following third-quarter results released on Oct 29, 2026. Revenue of $114.3 million rose 9.7%, beating the company's own $112 million to $114 million guidance, and non-GAAP EBITDA reached a record $22.9 million, a 20.0% margin versus 12.2% a year ago.
On a GAAP basis, net income was $6.2 million, or $0.08 per diluted share, and gross margin expanded to 40.3% from 33.3%. Work tied to AI made up 31% of revenue, while headcount fell to 4,559 from 4,971.
The digital engineering firm projects fourth-quarter revenue of $113.5 million to $115.5 million and non-GAAP EBITDA of $20 million to $22 million, but provides no full-year figure. It held $304.3 million in cash and spent $35.5 million on Buybacks across nine months.
5. ACCO Brands: Tariff refunds and raised guidance support the 20.18% gain
ACCO Brands shares have climbed 20.18% to $5.24 after adjusted third-quarter EPS of $0.28, up from $0.21, a total that included roughly $0.11 per share of net tariff refunds. Although net sales slid 0.9% to $380.3 million, adjusted Operating Margin climbed to 12.6% from 10.2%.
The company completed its Trust acquisition on Oct 1, 2026 and increased its 2026 adjusted EPS range to $0.98 to $1.02, with $0.12 of that coming from the refund. Year over year, net Debt came down from $795.3 million to $706.5 million.
Market data from the prior week gave a Market Value near $432 million and a 52-week high of $4.74, a level the current price has now exceeded. The source for last year's free Cash Flow comparison is unclear.
The 20% Club Set Against Itself: Spread, Average and Price Multiple
The group sits in a tight cluster: its average gain is 21.67% (calculated from the five reported percentages), and the spread between the top move of 23.79% and the lowest of 20.18% is only 3.61 percentage points (calculated).
Prices are much more scattered. At $86.94, CareDx costs roughly 137.76 times Zeta Network Group's $0.6311 (calculated), so similar percentage advances equal very different per-share dollar amounts.
The mix of drivers differs. Four names pair results with guidance: Asure Software has a first 2027 view, and CareDx and ACCO Brands raised 2026 targets. Zeta Network has no stated trigger, and its price depends on a post-consolidation history that has not been verified.
What to Watch Next: Fourth-Quarter Guidance, Dividend Timing and the AlloHeme Launch
ACCO Brands has the most concrete timetable: an earnings webcast today and a $0.075 quarterly dividend payable Dec 9, 2026 to holders of record on Nov 20. Investors will also check whether comparable sales level off after a 6.2% decline.
CareDx intends to launch AlloHeme commercially in the first quarter of 2027, and Asure Software guided fourth-quarter revenue of $42 million to $44 million. Grid Dynamics issued fourth-quarter revenue and EBITDA guidance but no full-year figure, so its upcoming report will show whether margins hold.
The sources list no dates for the fourth-quarter reports of Asure, CareDx, Grid Dynamics or ACCO Brands. Open questions for Zeta Network include the second note closing, the use of financing and its review of tokenization, and no dates were found for any of them.
