Prospect Ridge Resources Corp. (CSE: PRR; OTC: PRRSF; FRA: OED), a mineral exploration company focused on gold and critical metals in British Columbia, has entered a two-year strategic partnership with Vancouver-based Equity Exploration Consultants Ltd. Under the agreement, Equity Exploration will oversee exploration efforts across Prospect Ridge’s Holy Grail and Knauss Creek projects, as well as any additional B.C. assets the company acquires during the term.
The Holy Grail property spans 59,608 hectares and the Knauss Creek project covers 2,944 hectares. Both are situated near Terrace, B.C., adjacent to the Golden Triangle—an area known for its mineral potential but with large sections still underexplored. Prospect Ridge aims to advance exploration in these areas through the newly formed collaboration.
Equity Exploration, established in 1987, has managed more than 250 mineral exploration projects across British Columbia. With a team of 30 geologists and annual oversight of nearly 100,000 meters of drilling, the firm offers expertise in project planning, structural geology, 3D modelling, health and safety compliance, and permitting. Their experience with copper-gold porphyry systems, vein-hosted deposits, and geophysical interpretation aligns with the geological profile of Prospect Ridge’s current properties.
Under the partnership, Equity Exploration will conduct a comprehensive review of existing data across both projects, focusing on geological targeting and deposit modelling. Field programs will commence once alpine snow conditions allow, with work designed to refine targets and prioritize drill-ready zones. The approach combines historical exploration records with modern interpretation tools, supporting a systematic strategy for identifying mineralized zones.
Prospect Ridge Chair Mike Iverson noted the partnership will allow the company to manage exploration without expanding internal overhead, while benefiting from an experienced technical team. CEO Len Brownlie added that past collaborations with Equity Exploration have demonstrated their capability in executing cost-effective and technically sound work programs.
Dr. Darcy Baker, President of Equity Exploration, emphasized that preparations are underway for the upcoming field season. The initial focus will be a detailed evaluation of geological data to identify ore deposit analogues and build a refined exploration model. He also indicated that the firm will support future acquisitions by Prospect Ridge in British Columbia.
As exploration efforts ramp up in 2025, the partnership marks a shift toward a more integrated approach to advancing underexplored areas near the Golden Triangle. The collaboration enables Prospect Ridge to scale up its activity across multiple sites with access to established regional expertise.
