Humanoid Global Holdings Corp. (CSE:ROBO) announced its commitment to make a strategic investment in HOWTOROBOT HOLDING INC., a global marketplace designed to simplify access to robotics and automation technologies. 

Established in 2017, HowToRobot assists organizations seeking to adopt automation by addressing challenges such as fragmented vendor networks, limited in-house expertise, and inconsistent pricing benchmarks. Its independent platform connects buyers with suitable suppliers, helping them align technology needs, cost expectations, and delivery timelines. 

Transaction Terms and Use of Proceeds 

Humanoid Global has committed USD 75,000 to the planned investment in HowToRobot.  

Upon completion, HowToRobot plans to allocate the proceeds toward advancing its software-as-a-service business model. The funds are expected to support development of an AI-powered quotation tool for SME and enterprise clients, the digitalization of workflows for a self-service user experience, and expansion of sales activities in the U.S. and U.K. to increase market adoption. 

Strategic Alignment 

According to Humanoid Global, this investment will enhance collaboration and automation capabilities across its portfolio companies. The firm intends to leverage HowToRobot’s platform and sector expertise to identify automation opportunities and implement efficient solutions where applicable.
