Signed on June 18, 2025, the agreements include an extension of existing work and a new service mandate that will be delivered by IC Engage, the company’s digital promotions division. The engagement spans fiscal years 2025 and 2026.

The agreements include a range of services such as campaign development, technology enablement, regulatory and compliance support, prizing and prize management, and international fulfillment. The service scope is designed to integrate into the client's global marketing and operations framework and will be implemented across more than 25 countries.

IC Group CEO and Director Duncan McCready commented on the development, highlighting the continuity of the relationship with the enterprise client and the scale of services to be delivered under the new agreements. The company will continue supporting the client’s ongoing consumer engagement programs through its digital infrastructure, tailored to meet the requirements of regulated global markets.
