It also holds 40% interest in the Pense project comprising 39 claims located in Pense township, Ontario. The company was formerly known as Golden Share Mining Corporation and changed its name to Golden Share Resources Corporation in June 2017. Golden Share Resources Corporation is based in Markham, Canada.
