Memex Inc. develops, commercializes, and manufactures a suite of products for its customers in the discrete manufacturing and aerospace sectors worldwide. The company primarily offers MERLIN Tempus equips industrial machines with the necessary interfaces that enable data-driven manufacturing; MERLIN Tempus Enterprise Edition for enhancing the value of time with enterprise resource planning connectivity and job scheduling; and MERLIN financial overall equipment effectiveness (FOEE), which enables factory organizations to link their shop floor performance to actual profit dollars. It also provides MERLIN Continuous Improvement (CI) Fast-track services, a nine-step implementation process; and MERLIN Operator Portal, a Windows based human machine interface (HMI) that provides operators with a live window into what information is being collected from the machines in real-time. In addition, the company offers MERLIN Enterprise Resource Planning connector, a bi-synchronous interface; MERLIN Dynamics 365 Connector, an integrated module of the MERLIN server; and SCANGun, a bar code scanner. Further, it offers IIoT hardware solutions, including MERLIN MTC-One that incorporate sensor-based process-driven data; MTConnect hardware adapter, which enables machine tool to communicate critical operational information using the MTConnect standard protocol; software adapters; and DNC memory upgrade products, such as MERLIN DNC, MERLIN Dostek DNC, behind-the-tape reader, and memory upgrade products. Memex Inc. was founded in 1992 and is headquartered in Burlington, Canada.
