AI Summary

iHeartMedia operates a large portfolio of U.S. broadcast radio stations and the iHeartRadio digital audio platform, selling advertising across broadcast, streaming and podcast formats. Long-term growth drivers include expansion of digital and podcast advertising, data-driven targeted ads and monetization of live events and streaming audiences. Its scale and national advertising reach could support revenue resilience as audio consumption shifts toward digital.

Investors should monitor cyclicality in advertising demand, substantial leverage and interest-rate sensitivity, intensifying competition from music and streaming platforms, and secular declines in linear radio listenership.
